Memorandum of Agreements (MOA)

An MOA summarizes the changes to the contract; it is not the complete contract. A contract (or CBA, collective bargaining agreement) contains all of the working conditions for that unit.

Chelsea High School MOA

The CHS schedule is negotiated in accordance with the Unit A CBA. This link contains the current CHS Schedule MOA, which runs until the end of school year 2027-2028. CHS Schedule MOA 2026-2028.

Health Insurance

Our agreement with the city runs 2025 through 2030. PEC is the Public Employee’s Committee; we negotiate our health insurance plan with several unions across Chelsea.
