2024 – 2027 CTU/CPS Memorandum of Agreements (MOA)

Unit B and Unit C contracts are currently being finalized, but the updated language can be viewed in the MOA documents below. You can review the new language in the documents linked below and refer to the 2021-2024 contracts for additional language.

Memorandum of Agreements (MOA)

An MOA summarizes the changes to the contract; it is not the complete contract. A contract (or CBA, collective bargaining agreement) contains all of the working conditions for that unit.

Chelsea High School MOA

The CHS schedule is negotiated in accordance with the Unit A CBA. This link contains the current CHS Schedule MOA, which runs until the end of school year 2024-2025. CHS Schedule MOA 2023-2025.

By mutual agreement, the CHS Schedule MOA has been extended to include the 2025-2026 school year.

Health Insurance

Our agreement with the city runs 2025 through 2030. PEC is the Public Employee’s Committee; we negotiate our health insurance plan with several unions across Chelsea.
