2020 – 2022 CPS/CTU Contracts

We are currently negotiating the Unit A and Unit C contracts (or CBAs, Collective Bargaining Agreements), which expired June 30, 2021. The evergreen clause in our contract means we will continue under the previous contract until the new contract is ratified.

The Unit B CBA, as desired by the clerical members of the negotiating team, runs until June 30, 2023.

An MOA summarizes the changes to the contract; it is not the complete contract. A contract contains all of the working conditions for that unit. You can take a look at the previous contracts below.

Health Insurance:

Our agreement with the city runs 2019 through 2025. PEC is the Public Employee’s Committee; we negotiate our health insurance plan with several unions across Chelsea.
